| Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier, just browse our catalogue and click on any items you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to satisfy the order. We accept Mastercard and Visa credit cards, Maestro and Visa debit cards. You may also pay by cheque (payable to Andrew McDowall Ltd), goods will be despatched when your cheque has cleared our bank account.
Items not in stock are kept on back order and will not be charged for until they are available for posting. You will be notified of any delays via phone or email.
Multi Purchase Discounts
Multi purchase discounts given will only apply if all garments are retained. If any garments are returned for refund the remaining garments will be charged at full price.
Returns Policy
If the goods supplied do not meet with your approval, return them to us unused and in original packaging within 7 days of receipt. We will inspect the goods and if satisfied will replace or refund them. We reserve the right to make the final decision on whether to replace or refund. We do not offer a returns service, parcels can be returned by Royal Mail. Any postal charges incurred will only be refunded in the case of faulty goods. We cannot accept liability for any goods lost/damaged in return transit. The sender is responsible for any claims to this effect with the courier concerned. Proof of posting is ALWAYS recommended for your own protection.

UK deliveries are sent 'First Class Recorded Letter Post' or by 'Royal Mail Special Delivery' depending on weight and value.

Delivery Schedule
All items will be despatched within 2-3 working days and should reach you within 5-6 working days (within UK). Orders to be delivered outside of UK will take longer depending on destination and size of parcel.
